Description

On Hermon Atkins MacNeil's Standing Liberty design, the date is positioned at the base between Liberty's feet, the stars flank the standing figure, LIBERTY arcs across the upper field, and IN GOD WE TRUST is inset within a wall to Liberty's right — meaning the four affected areas span the full vertical and horizontal extent of the obverse, confirming a broad hub misalignment rather than a localized rotational event.
