The obverse features a male figure seated beside a hammer and anvil and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield, with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Minted during and after World War I, as America emerged as a global power and experienced the prosperity of the Roaring Twenties. Struck in bronze.
