Description

The 1909 Doubled Die Reverse DDR-011 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1909 Lincoln Wheat Cent - VDB, part of the Lincoln Wheat Cents 1909-1958 series. Die markers: UVC-3134 DMR-020 Stage A: Reverse is EDS Two die cracks on lower back shoulder – MDS Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). Reverse is RDV-003 (No V.D.B.).
