=1902-O VAM-27 2 Olive Reverse= Discovered by Jim Baxter, May 1979. Revised 2009. 27(revised) III2 25 - C4/C3l (Olive Reverse) (181) Obverse III2 25 - Ear doubled at right side as a wide bevel. Two lower cotton leaves slightly doubled on lower left edge. Date set at left side of normal lateral position. Late die states have diagonal die crack thru 1. Reverse C4/C3l - III O mint mark set slightly high and slightly to right with slight tilt to right. Extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch. Doubling on top of branch, at base of leaf clusters, at top of middle leaf, at top of lower leaves, top of arrow feathers, top edge of eagle's right talon, back of lower arrow head, and top feathers in eagle's left wing. ''Die marker'' - Fine horizontal polishing line below olive branch above top arrow feather right end. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Large obverse die crack and minor rim cud can be found on LDS specimens.
