Discovery February 2023, Ed Pope III2 10 • C3j (Very Near Date, O Tilted Right, Spike on Leg) (?) Obverse III2 10 - Date far left of normal position. Heavy die polishing lines in LIBERTY and lower hair. Reverse C3j - O mint mark centered and tilted slightly to the right.
