=1896-P VAM-3 Doubled 89= Discovered by Bill Fivaz, March 1973. 3 III2 3 - C3a (Doubled 89) (190) Obverse III2 3- 89 doubled with large shift to right within lower loops. The 8 has vertical shaft at top left inside of lower loop and the 9 has a smaller patch of extra metal right of the ball.
