=1892-P VAM-3 Doubled Reverse= Discovered by Charles Easterberg, October 1976. 3 III2 3 - C3b (Doubled Reverse) Obverse III2 3- Lower part of upper crossbar of 1 slightly doubled. Stars on right doubled and stars on left tripled towards rim. Reverse C3b- Outer portion doubled with lower inside of letters doubled in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and top inside of ONE DOLLAR. Upper part of wreath doubled on outside and lower part of right wreath doubled slightly on outside DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # While both may sport reverse doubling this is NOT the same reverse as found on the 1892-P VAM-6. # This is the exact same die pair as found on the 1892-P VAM-3A. # Exact same obverse die was used to produce the 1892-P VAM-7 (1892-P VAM-7 appears to be the earlier die state). # The exact same reverse die was used to produce the 1892-P VAM-9 (& 3A).
