Description
A counterfeit British halfpenny from Machin's Mills bearing the fictitious date 1776. Like all Machin's Mills products, this coin imitates the George III halfpenny design with GEORGIVS III REX obverse and Britannia reverse. The dates are fabricated to pass as legitimate British copper.
