1994-1996 Memorial Cent Doubled Eyelid - 1994 (reference), 3x 1995 P, 1995 D, 3x 1996 P - Possible MHDO?

Hello experts,

Continuing my study on doubled eyelid 1994-1996.

Here are 3 different 1996 P Memorial Cents from my collection.

All 3 show identical doubled / extra eyelid in the same position as:

- 1994 (reference)

- 1995 P (3x)

- 1995 D (1x)

This makes total 8 coins with same doubling across 3 years and 2 mints (P & D).

Same question for discussion: Could this be MHDO (Master Hub Doubled Obverse)? Working die doubling cannot explain P and D mints with identical doubling over 3 years.

1/3: 1996 P Memorial Cent #1 - my coin - doubled / extra eyelid identical to 1994 & 1995. 2/3: 1996 P Memorial Cent #2 - my coin - same doubled eyelid, different coin, same doubling. 3/3: 1996 P Memorial Cent #3 - my coin - same doubled eyelid - 3rd example 1996 P. All 3 are 1996 P but different working dies. Same doubling as 1994, 1995 P and 1995 D. Possible MHDO 1994-1996.
