The 2004 (P) Proof Lewis & Clark Dollar is a proof dollar struck at the Philadelphia Mint, part of the Modern Commemorative Dollars (1982-Date) series. The U.S. Mint produced 351,989 examples. The obverse features designs varying by commemorative issue, authorized by Congress to honor significant American events, people, and institutions, while the reverse displays designs varying by commemorative issue. Designed by Donna Weaver. Struck in 90% silver, 10% copper, weighing 26.73 grams, 38.1 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #921005.
