The 1995 (D) Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games Track & Field Dollar is a dollar minted at the Denver Mint, within the Modern Commemorative Dollars (1982-Date) series. The Denver Mint struck 25,425 uncirculated Atlanta Olympic Track and Field dollars dated 1995. The obverse shows runners and the reverse clasped hands, shared by the four 1995 Olympic dollars. The Denver Mint, which grew from an 1860s gold rush assay office, has served as a major production facility since 1906. Struck in 90% silver, 10% copper, weighing 26.73 grams, 38.1 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #9720.
