Description
Produced at the Philadelphia Mint, the 1992 (P) Lincoln Memorial Cent - Close AM is part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. The obverse features Abraham Lincoln facing right and the reverse displays the Lincoln Memorial building in Washington, D.C. The Close AM reverse did not become standard until 1993, so a 1992 cent carrying it has next year's reverse a year early. Struck in copper-plated zinc, weighing 2.5 grams, 19.05 mm in diameter, with a plain edge. Cataloged as PCGS #412708.
