Description
A very strong spread towards the east shows on IGWT and the date. A slight spread shows on the designer’s initials. Die Markers: Obverse: Strong die clash marks show to the left of the profile. A small die gouge can be found below the E in WE. A die crack runs from the bonnet to the rim to the left of the T in LIBERTY. Reverse: Numerous N/S die scratches run through the left branches and leaves. A die gouge can be found below the I in AMERICA.
