With a mintage of 2.3 million, this is a less common issue โ ranked 2nd of 3 mint variants by mintage, with 21% of production. The obverse features a youthful Liberty facing left wearing a radiate crown, designed after sculptor Anthony de Francisci's wife Teresa and the reverse displays a bald eagle perched on a rock above the word PEACE, with rays of sunlight.
