In 1910, coins were struck at the Denver, Philadelphia, and San Francisco Mints with a combined mintage of 3.5 million. This represents the second-highest annual mintage in the series, above the series median of 586,695. The obverse features a Native American wearing a feathered war bonnet, facing left and the reverse displays a standing eagle with the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM and IN GOD WE TRUST. Four-mint production. The 1910-S is a common date for the series. Struck in 90% gold, 10% copper, weighing 16.7 grams, 26.8 mm in diameter, with a raised stars edge.
