Discovered by Walt McArthur, March 2019. 19 III2 12 - C3a (Doubled Cap Right Bottom Edge) (?) Obverse III2 12 - Unusual localized rounded edge doubling of Phrygian cap at lower right below cap ribbon. No other doubled edge of cap or interior nearby hair strands or olive leaves edges. Likely occurred during die basining and polishing operation that accidentally caught this vertical edge. Later die states show tiny die chip at neck point and lower right of 1.
