DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # This reverse shared w/ 1898-S VAM-5, 1898-S VAM-8, 1898-S VAM-8A, 1898-S VAM-9, 1898-S VAM-13, 1898-S VAM-15 & 1898-S VAM-15A. # The obverse die is DIFFERENT from that for the 1898-S VAM-15A. The reverse die is the same. It is easy to discriminate them by the lateral position of the final 8. On the VAM-15, it is centered over the 13th denticle to the right of the bust point. The VAM-15A is shift left of there. # This is the same obv. die used for the VAM-1B. More Die Markers from the Discovery Coin.
