=1898-P VAM-2 Closed 9= Discovered by Leonard Hinckley, February 1974. 2 III2 2 - C3a (Closed 9) Obverse III2 2 - Normal Die of III2 type with closed 9 DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # The 1898-P VAM-2 and the 1898-P VAM-2B were struck with the exact same pair of dies. 1898-P VAM-2A, 1898-P VAM-2C, 1898-P VAM-2D & 1898-P VAM-2E were not.
