=1898-O VAM-7A Near Date, O Set High, Clashed Obverse t= Discovered by Mark Kimpton in January 2004. 7A III24 · C3b (Near Date, O Set High, Clashed Obverse t) (181) Obverse III24– Clashed dies with faint partial incuse t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge. Reverse C3b– Medium O mint mark set high and upright DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # VAM-7 is identified by its near date and high round O mint mark. The subvariety, VAM-7A, shows a partial t clash deep within the hair vee.
