Revised May 2023 16 III2 11 - C3b (Doubled Second 8, O Set high) (181) Obverse III2 11 - Second 8 doubled at bottom inside of upper loop. Doubling becomes indistinct in later die stages. Reverse C3b – Medium O mint mark set high and upright.
