=1896-O VAM-7 Doubled 96, Near Date, O Tilted Right= Discovered by Leroy Van Allen, June 1966. 7 III2 4 - C3c (Doubled 96, Near Date, O Tilted Right) (181) Obverse III2 4- 96 doubled strongly on bottoms. Date set further left than normal. Reverse C3c- Medium O mint mark , tilted slightly right. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Near date with 96 doubled at the bottoms with significant shifts. # Although not listed this way, the mint mark is both set very high and tilted right.
