=1893-P VAM-3 Doubled 3 High= Discovered by George Mallis, July 1964. 3(revised) III23 · C3b (Doubled 3 High, Profile & Top Reverse) ( ? ) Obverse III23– 3 strongly doubled at top outside of upper loop. Small die chip between 3 loops. Slightly doubled profile from hair down to neck. Reverse C3b– Slightly doubled bottom inside of letters towards rim of UNITED STATES OF. Doubled left wreath leaves on left side. Slightly doubled and tripled tops of In God We Trust. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # 1893-P VAM-3 also has a late die stage with relatively strong clashing. The outline of Liberty's neck reaches the G of God. So far, no coin has been located with clear letter transfer.
