Die used before changed to Die 1 (188) obverse with 188 reeds collar. ''Die marker -'' Polishing lines in TY of LIBERTY. Reverse C3f - IV S mint mark tilted and shifted slightly to the left. ''Die marker -'' Polishing lines in eagle's wing-neck gap. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence; 7.2, 7.1 :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # 1890-S VAM-7.1 & 1890-S VAM-7.2 share the exact reverse die but different obverse pairings. # VAM-1J became the 1890-S VAM-7A & is the exact same die pair as the 1890-S VAM-7.1.
