Description
A Fugio cent with the standard "United States" reverse legend and the "1 Over Horizontal 1" feature in the fraction. The fraction reads 1/13, and the horizontal fraction bar is a sideways "1" punch overstruck or overlapping the upright "1." This variety exists for both "United States" and "States United" legend types and is a recognized Newman reference variety.
