Description

A Club Rays Fugio cent with cinquefoil ornaments at the ends of the rays and the standard "United States" legend on the reverse. The club-shaped sundial rays are broader and more rounded than the sharp Pointed Rays found on the majority of Fugio cents. Cinquefoil-tipped rays are a further distinguishing feature within the Club Rays subgroup.

Rarity Notes

Moderately scarce. Club Rays variety with United States legend.
