The 2008 (P) Satin Finish Roosevelt Dime is a special strike dime struck at the Philadelphia Mint, part of the Roosevelt Dimes Clad and Silver Proof 1965 to Date series. With a mintage of 745,464, this is an extremely rare issue — the lowest mintage among 6 mint variants, representing only less than 1% of total production. The obverse features Franklin D.
