The obverse features an American soldier advancing on Normandy beach during D-Day, with servicemen in trenches and the dual dates 1991-1995, while the reverse displays the shoulder sleeve insignia of Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force (SHAEF) with Eisenhower's quote to the troops before D-Day. Designed by Thomas D. Rogers. Struck in 90% silver, 10% copper, weighing 26.73 grams, 38.1 mm in diameter, with a reeded edge. Cataloged as PCGS #9676.
