The CU-25c-1983P-06 Rim Cud is a cud error, a type of major die break at the rim where a piece of the die broke away, creating a raised featureless blob at the edge of the coin. This variety was discovered on the 1983 (P) Washington Quarter, part of the Washington Clad and Silver Proof Quarters 1965-1998 series.
