D/D Tilted (Rotated) showing on the lower serif. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse also has a minor doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 1959-D 1¢ WDDO-003. An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Reverse: A short die scratch extends from the bottom right of the M in AMERICA.
