Description
This could be a duplicate of SKH-01, but if so, is a much nicer example that shows the full die crack. 01 also appears to slant down into the head, with this example appearing to be thinner and nearly straight horizontal into Roosevelt's head. This could also potentially be a clean version of the Cud-01 which could just be a heavily worn die crack from this obverse die.
Die Markers
- This dime has strong die deterioration on the obverse and reverse which makes sense given that the die split so heavily.
Rarity Notes
This is the only I have seen catalogued, if not SKH-001, but spiked heads are somewhat common, just not in this condition and this year.
