Part of the Philippines Five Centavos 1903-1945 series, the 1941-M Philippine Five Centavos is a five centavos coin from the Manila Mint. The obverse features a male figure seated beside a hammer and anvil and the reverse displays an eagle above a shield. Struck during the Great Depression, when mintages dropped sharply and the United States abandoned the gold standard in 1933. Auction record: $2,250 MS65 09-26-2018 eBay.
