Description

A Voce Populi halfpenny variety where the letter "P" (normally found near the bust on the obverse) is absent entirely. The obverse shows a laureate bust right with "VOCE POPULI" and the date 1760, while the reverse depicts Hibernia seated with a harp and "HIBERNIA."

Rarity Notes

R.3 to R.4. Most available of the missing Voce Populi varieties, but scarce in high grades.
