Description
TDC-1c-1960D(SD)-08; Stage “B” & “C” Stage “B” This is a simple die clash found on a 1960D small date Lincoln cent. The obverse die has a clash mark from the right side of the Memorial building roof. The reverse die, pictured to the left, shows the vest line clashed into the Memorial building roof and the field above. This clash event can be recognized by the strong die scratches seen below IN GOD on the obverse die and the strong die scratches on the reverse die through the US of PLURIBUS. Stage “C” Stage “C” has a die chip in the R of LIBERTY
