Description
Fuld WV-260A-1b is a brass card of Kelly's Store in Hartford, West Virginia, with no date on it; NGC brackets the piece 1861-65. Fuld numbers Hartford as town 260 and gives Kelly's Store merchant letter A; this is die pair 1, and the b at the end stands for brass. PCGS describes a reeded edge. One dealer lists Kelly's die pair 2, struck in German silver (j), reading the store as Kelly's Store of Hartford City, with a 10 Cent reverse.
