Class VIII, Tilted Hub Doubling Class VIII doubling shows above the top step of the center steps and on the tops of the letters TICE of MONTICELLO. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge protruding from N of IN; die gouge in field below N of IN and G of GOD. Reverse: Die gouge in field to left of M of MONTICELLO; die gouge to left of first U of UNUM.
