Description
Doubling shows on the underside of the top of the saddle horn. Die Markers: Obverse: Die pitting can be found around the lower mint mark. A die scratch runs from SW to NE to the left of the bottom of the bust. Die clash remnants can be found below the ear. A die crack runs along the base of the bust running through the designer’s initials. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the lower W in WYOMING. Remnants of a die clash can be found below the S in STATE. A die chip can be found above the horse’s right rear knee. A pre-die chip depression can be found to the left of the top of the right rear leg. Obverse:
