Description

Doubling shows on the right side of the saddle horn and on the horse’s mane to the left of the 1st lock of hair on the horse’s mane below the saddle horn. Die Markers: Obverse: A short, vertical die gouge can be found just to the right of the top of the I in UNITED. A die gouge can be found between the lower R and U of TRUST. Die pitting can be found above the T in LIBERTY. Three strong parallel die scratches run from WSW to ENE through the upper front of the neck. Reverse: A die scratch runs from SSW to NNE to the left of the E in EQUALITY. Two parallel die scratches run SW from the lower A in STATE. A die scratch runs from NNW to SSE to the right of the 2 in 2007. A pre-die chip depression can be found above the left side of the cowboy’s hat. Obverse:
