2002 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-031

Description

Doubling shows on the upper left side of the 7th Memorial column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found at the rim above the R in TRUST. A die gouge can be found in the field SE of the 2nd T in TRUST. Reverse: A die scratch runs from SW to NE on the left Memorial base south of the 1st bay. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the upper 8th column.
