2001 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-068

Description

A partial extra column can be found in the 3rd Memorial bay. Die Markers: Obverse: A die crack runs down the left inside of the first zero in the date. Reverse: A die gouge can be found in the lower 1st bay. A small die gouge can be found below the left side of the 1st S in STATES. A small die gouge can be found to the left of the lower A in STATES. A die gouge can be found between the bottom of the 1st T in STATES and the top of the E in EPU. Obverse:
