Description

Bar extended from the upper arm to the top of the knee to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: Two very close die gouges can be found to the right of the lower U of TRUST. A die gouge can be found just left of the bust under the T of LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found on the central lower bust. Stage B: The Stage A markers are still present. Reverse: Stage A: A die gouge can be found left of the I in AMERICA. Stage B: The Stage A marker is still faintly visible. Die chips can be found on the upper left side of the second Memorial column. A light die crack can be found on the upper third Memorial column.
