Description

Triple slanted bar extended from the lower leg to the upper base to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found to the right of the lower ear. Reverse: A die scratch and die gouge can be found at the bottom left side of the U of UNITED. A small die gouge can be found touching the bottom of the dot to the right of the M of UNUM. A small die gouge can be found touching the upper left corner of the lower opening of the E of CENT. A die gouge can be found below the right Memorial base.
