Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to the upper foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found just south of the left upright of the R of LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found below the right side of the U of TRUST. A die gouge can be found well below the right side of S of TRUST to the southeast of the previous gouge. Reverse: A large die scratch extends from the top right side of the N of CENT to the northwest. A die gouge can be found to the right of the middle of the last memorial column. A die scratch can be found extending from the rim below the right-side memorial base. A die gouge can be found between the C and second A of AMERICA.
