1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-073

Description

Bar extended from the upper leg to the lower leg to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found centered above and between the V and D of VDB. Reverse: Die gouges can be found below and right of the upright of the T of UNITED. A die gouge can be found well above the fifth memorial bay on the lower roof.
