Bar extended from below the hand to bottom of the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the lower N and I of UNITED. A die gouge can be found above the dot before UNUM. A die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom crossbar of the E of ONE.
