Description
Bar extended from middle of the knee to below the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Three small die gouges can be found within the upper N of CENT. A small die gouge can be found left of the inside of T of CENT. A die gouge can be found at the bottom of the memorial base near the left side of the steps. A die gouge can be found touching the bottom of the S of PLURIBUS.
