1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-031

Description

Doubling shows on the left side of the 7th column to the right of the statue’s left arm. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge is present above the left side of the second 9 in the date. Reverse: A diagonal die scratch runs NNW/SSE inside the lower fifth memorial bay. A vertical die scratch runs through the top of the O in ONE. A vertical die gouge is present inside the lower left side of N in ONE. A small die gouge is present inside C in AMERICA.
