1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-030

Description

Doubling shows on the left side of the 7th column to the right of the statue’s upper legs. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die gouge can be found below and inside the C in AMERICA. A strong linear horizontal die gouge shows inside the lower O in ONE extending nearly the width of the letter. A die gouge can be found right of the N in CENT.
