Description

Bar extended from the upper leg to the upper base to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found between the center of the N of IN and the G of GOD. Reverse: A die chip can be found to the left of the upper left memorial base. A die chip can be found at the bottom of the left side of the E of AMERICA.
