Description
Bar extended from the upper knee to the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: A die dent can be found at the rim to the right of the second T of TRUST. Three heavy die dents can be found on the rim under the right side of the bust. Reverse: Weak lettering on lower STATES. Die chip inside the left O of ONE. A die chip can be found left of the lower first memorial column.
