Description

Two parallel angled bars extended from the knee lower to the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: A small die chip can be found between the upper 1 and 9 of the date. Reverse: A die chip can be found below the left memorial base. A die chip can be found to the right of the bottom of the M of UNUM.
